Return Policy 

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Open Box Items
Damaged or Defective Items:

We know how frustrating this situation can be. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free — just pick your preferred resolution:

  • Replacement parts (e.g. table leg)
  • A replacement item
  • A refund

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 14 days of the delivery date.

Order cancellation Time:

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Received the Wrong Item

If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, we want to get the correct item to you as fast as possible.

We’ll also send this info to the supplier so don’t receive the wrong item again! Be sure to complete this process within 14 days of the delivery date.

You can submit refund requests within: (Refund Request Time)

  • 10 business days after the order is delivered;
  • 14 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
  • All Turn Beyond purchases have an extended 14-day return policy. so relax and shop with confidence.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Damaged / Missing:

Items If for some reason your order arrived damaged, unusable or missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement. Please contact our support team to make the Damaged/Missing Item Claim.

’My tracking information says delivered but didn’t receive it yet.’

If we’ve confirmed with the post office and shipping carrier that the item has been delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for missing items.

If our shipping carrier or post office cannot confirm the item was delivered. You need to contact us and report it, we will make the arrangements to send you another one.

If the package was delivered to the exact same address the buyer filled up and it was wrong, we won’t be able to respond for that. So please double check the shipping address you filled in your shopping cart.

Payment Method of Refund:

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Payment Method of Return:

Once Your return product will received in Our Warehouse after that will verified by our team and if product condition will according to our return policy then don't worry your refund will approved by our team and refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
