When Will You Ship My Items?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 3-8 days to receive your order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. turnbeyond.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

Where Are My Items Coming From?

Our primary warehouse is in America, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the United Kingdom and China.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

Do You Ship Outside The United States?

We are able to ship outside the United States to all of the countries with certain exclusions. If in doubt, e-mail us at help@turnbeyond.com

How Do You Determine Your "Compared To" Prices?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at help@turnbeyond.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.

My Item Arrived Damaged 

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe and secure checkouts and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card or Debit card. All products are listed in US Dollar but our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number(s) of your order(s) to the email that you specified when placing your order(s). This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.
